Tuesday October 7, 2003
A former Shaw Stockbroking share dealer has been barred for life from the financial services industry. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission banned Martin James Donohue, 32, of Brighton, after an investigation revealed he conducted unauthorised trades on an account he opened for his mother, and then forged his stepmother's signature to use $120,000 worth of shares as collateral against losses on his mother's account.
